Kay was a referred student from a good friend .deeperph. She has been freediving for a while, but what's new to her is how effective a proper form is. As a quick learner, she easily navigated herself diving in a line with a lanyard for the first time and quickly aced it.. The pool session is also new to her, but that did not stop her from exceeding the requirements. Good job !! 👏🤙 with consistent training, you'll definitely up your game and PB.. congrats Kay!!!

7yrs ago (June 12, 2017) I just learned that there's this thing called "freediving". 7yrs after (now, June 12, 2024) I'm training these guys for the Wave/Lap 1 requirements. I enjoy training these guys very much that i wanted to be there training them as they progress and improve their freediving skills. Never imagined I'll be training these future athletes 💪💪💪

I am honored to be the W1 certifying instructor for this man. Been watching this guy's progress in his freediving journey. And he's actually one of those who pushed me to go for my instructor training and actually waited (pressure, char!). His (and his wife's) discipline in personal development is so impressive that it actually overflows, enough to influence people around them to follow their footsteps to improve on themsleves (including myself and my fiance).
