We continue to be amazed by the unique way you embrace your Taekwondo journey, Rhundal. As a young Jin on the autism spectrum, you may experience and learn things differently, but you continue to show up, listen, try, and take each lesson in your own meaningful way.

And that is what makes every training session special. ❤️

We celebrate not only the techniques you learn, but also your focus, courage, confidence, perseverance, and willingness to keep going. Every good performance and every small breakthrough reminds us that progress has no single path or pace.

🥋 ANOTHER DAY OF TRAINING. ANOTHER VICTORY FOR OUR AUSOME JIN! 💙🌈🥋

Today, we celebrate more than just completing the 1st segment of Lesson F1. We celebrate the courage and determination of our AUSOME Rhundal, a child on the autism spectrum, who continues to show us that challenges do not have to define his limits. 🌈🥋

There may be moments when learning, focusing, following instructions, or adapting to new movements can be more challenging for him, but Rhundal chooses to continue. He shows up, tries again, learns at his own pace, and keeps moving forward.

And that is what makes every milestone so meaningful. 💛

For Rhundal, progress may look different, but every progress is worth celebrating.
One lesson. One step. One achievement at a time.

We are proud of you, AUSOME Rhundal! Keep going, keep believing, and keep showing the world what you can do. 💪🌟

Celebrate good matches by BOTH competitors.

In Taekwondo, every match is a chance to learn, grow, and test one’s courage. When two athletes step onto the court, both deserve recognition for the preparation, discipline, and bravery it took to compete.

Parents, let us teach our children that respect is part of winning. 👊🥋

Cheer for your child. Celebrate their effort. But also acknowledge the athlete standing across from them, the one who trained, sacrificed, and showed courage just like your child did.

A good competitor makes us better.
A tough opponent teaches us more.
And a respectful athlete knows how to win with humility and lose with grace.

Indeed, we celebrate more than just kicks, punches, and training. We celebrate courage, inclusion, acceptance, and the limitless potential of every child.

For children on the spectrum, sports can be a powerful space to build confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, social connection, and self-belief. More importantly, it reminds them that they have a place where they are seen, valued, supported, and included. 💙

To our awesome Taekwondo Jin RHUNDAL, thank you for choosing Taekwondo as your sport and for choosing MATRIX Taekwondo Team to be your partner in your journey. 🥋

🥋 TEAM QUEZON WEEKEND TRAINING DONE! 🔥
We’re not there yet, but we’re no longer where we started.

Another weekend of showing up, putting in the work, and choosing to grow.

Every kick, every drill, every correction, and every drop of sweat brings our MATRIX JINS one step closer, not only to becoming better athletes, but to becoming stronger, more disciplined, confident, and courageous individuals.
