Resting and sleeping are the best ways to heal and strengthen your body. Whatever relaxes you is also good for your heart and body.
According to sleep experts, the best time to sleep is at night. Try to be asleep from 11 PM to 3 AM, because this is the time when the body is believed to exert its regenerating powers.
Follow the tips in the photo. Plus check these tips:
- Regular sleep schedule
- Limit naps
- Exercise regularly
- Comfortable, cool, quiet and dark room.
- Avoid coffee at bedtime
- Try a warm drink (hot chamomile tea) plus a banana at night. These foods can relax you.
- Limit mental work and talking about problems at night.
- Pray before sleeping.
