Weight Loss
Kabuuang bawas sa timbang (scale)
Kasama dito:
tubig 💧
muscle 💪
fat 🧈
Mabilis makita sa timbangan
Hindi laging magandang sign (pwede kang pumayat pero mawala muscle)

👉 Example: Nag crash diet ka → bumaba timbang mo pero nanghina ka

Fat Loss
Target: bawas body fat lang
Pinapreserve ang muscle
