Even though the weather was not cooperative we managed to finish the event.

ALL REGISTERED RIDERS ARE PERMITTED TO PASS THRU THE ENTRANCE BY THE ROAD. (Passing thru Vice Gov Calingasan’s Residence) It will be an easier access going to the Starting line.
