The 𝗦𝗞 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 proudly presents KK Assembly 2.0, a meaningful gathering that brings together the youth of Barangay Pagatpat in the spirit of Christmas. This assembly serves as a platform where young people can 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣, 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚 in discussions on matters that concern the youth, while staying informed about programs, plans, and initiatives of the Sangguniang Kabataan. It is a space for voices to be heard, connections to be built, and unity to be strengthened.

More than just an assembly, KK Assembly 2.0 is a celebration of youth solidarity and joy, a day filled with 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙧. Anchored on the theme “𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘰 𝘯𝘨 𝘒𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘢𝘯: 𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘵 𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘨” this event highlights the importance of unity, participation, and shared celebration as one youth community.

1. Finalization of Benchmarking Activity
2. Delegation for 2025 Monitoring and Assessment from DILG
3. Discussion on Project Management Planner for SK Members
4. Pre-planning for the Implementation of Project Listo

📑 Approved Resolutions:
1. A Resolution Designating Hon. Jovy Mae Nicolas as the PAYAG SK Consultant of the SK Pagatpat and Defining Her Roles and Responsibilities Thereof
▫️ Proposed by SK Member Hon. Raven Joshua Zamora

2. A Resolution Authorizing PAYAG President Mr. Clyde Ramas to Regularly Attend the Second SK Pagatpat Session of Each Month and Present Updates and Developments on PAYAG Activities and Its Operations
▫️ Proposed by SK Member Hon. Jovy Mae Nicolas

3. A Resolution Approving the Conduct of a Benchmarking Activity on Environmental Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction Management Best Practices on August 25–29, 2025

💬 Other Matters:
📌 A proposed ordinance is set to be drafted focusing on Youth in Governance and Participation, highlighting the importance of policy-level empowerment for the Katipunan ng Kabataan.

📌 Updates were also shared regarding the upcoming July activity, which will feature a Grant Writing Workshop, Competition, and Project Pitching — aimed at building capacity and encouraging innovation among youth leaders and volunteers.
