Health and Kungfu
We understand the hacks; we understand shift; we understand the need.
Everybody is looking for, is oriented for, and is brain-wired for fastfood chain mindset.
Let's gooooo..
They are looking for a "make us healthy," "deliver longevity," and "make us fit to live and be happy."
The thing is.. it is not with us, but with how the people put time into their health.
We call it gongfu. People call it KungFu.
Gong = effort
Fu = time
Gongfu (功夫/工夫) derives from Chinese, meaning mastery, skill, or achievement gained through intense, time-consuming effort.
Cooking, cleaning, public-speaking, business negotiation, gardening, driving are all 'GongFu.' It is a skill.
We know how to hack the form and teach it in 2 hours. Few requested to take a barehand form and learn the sword form. We have angst against it. We are more concerned with how much time you'll put into it when the coach is not around.
Can you practice on your own? Can you do stretching we provided? Can you execute the first 3 moves when we see you next time?
