CDO BadBuds officially kicked off in late May 2025, founded by a small group of badminton players in Cagayan de Oro who initially connected via Facebook. Heavy rain, challenging traffic, and an ongoing street dancing event made our journey to the court difficult but none of these stopped us from playing badminton on August 26, 2026. Despite the delays and struggles along the way, we still showed up, picked up our rackets, and enjoyed every rally. Our passion for the game remains stronger than any obstacle. Rain or shine, we keep playing!
