LTOPF CARAVAN in Catbalogan City

Good day to all gun enthusiasts.

Many have been inquiring about the status of our scheduled LTOPF Caravan. Based on the latest update from RCSU8, the caravan is not cancelled, but it will be rescheduled due to the unavailability of the Neuro Team.

We will provide further updates here as soon as they become available.

The Calbayog City Eagles Club, headed by Kuya Pres. Ivan and Kuya Pres. Dominic, conducted a meeting regarding the upcoming LTOPF Caravan.

During the discussion, the group suggested implementing a pre-licensing or registration process prior to the actual Caravan to ensure an organized and efficient application flow, and to avoid confusion among applicants.

We will be posting here soon the steps on how to apply for the LTOPF.

The Calbayog City Eagles Club, headed by President KUYA Julius Ivan Piñaranda and Achan Tandola Eagles Club headed by KUYA Quin Dominic Lim, together with its fraternal brothers, is hosting a License To Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF) Caravan) this coming November 2025.

This initiative aims to assist firearm owners in conveniently processing their LTOPF applications and renewals. The event will be made possible with the support and cooperation of Calbayog City Mayor Raymund C. Uy.
