Kami po ay isang Concern Citizen ng aming lugar dito sa Bagong Silang Ph. 7a, Pkg. 9, Brgy. 176c isa po kami sa mga batang nangarap na magkaroon ng Maganda at maayos na paglalaruan (Basketball Court) hanggang sa aming pag-laki nahubog at minahal ang Larong ito (Basketball) Upang Malayo sa anomang Bisyo at Masamang gawain kasama ang aking mga Kaibigan, barkada dito sa aming Lugar, lubos po kaming lumalapit sa itaas na may kapangyarihan upang tugunan ang aming kahilingan, sa kadahilanang Ang Aming Court (HalfCourt) po dito sa Pkg.9 o mas kilala sa tawag na Bulabog Half Court ay hindi na po mapag laruan ng mga Bata dahil Sira na po ang Ring at Board neto, at isa pa ay anytime pwede po itong bumagsak dahil sa kahinaan ng pundasyon, at kung mapapansin po ay ginawa nalamang itong Parkingan ng ilang residente dahil hindi na po ito malaruan. Ang kahilihingang ito ay tiyak na ikakabuti, at ikasisiya ng mga kabataan dito sa aming lugar ang hangarin din po namin ay mahubog sila sa Hilig ng larong Basketball hindi sa Anomang Bisyo at masamang gawain. Ang inyong ipagkakaloob na tulong ay agad naming pasasalamatan at higit naming pag iingatan. Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat at sanay dinggin ang aming kahilingan. Maraming Salamat po at mabuhay po kayo.
