Monday means fasting day. When you juggle two writing jobs daily it's easy to lose track of fitness. For my part, I really find time to workout at night. During the day, I watch what I eat while I'm writing while keeping tabs of when I'm supposed to stand after hours of having to sit in front of my desk. It becomes especially challenging when you're trying to bulk up; the tendency is to eat dirty given all of the stresses of having to iron out the kinks in your writing. While I do have the shape, I have plenty of muscle to build.
Been a while. Posting again after years being inactive. Won't leave you hanging again fam. Hope everyone's doing swell and hopefully, swole!
