Here’s one thing I learned from my scripture reading/study.
Joshua 8:35
It mentions there “...all the congregation of Israel, with the women, and the little ones, and the strangers...” (context: Joshua, the prophet, was preaching during this time).
I’d like to point out that ‘little ones’ were mentioned.
That means even in old times, parents were bringing their children to hear the prophet. Or equivalent of that today is that, you bring your children to church.

“Follow your heart.”
It sounds freeing.
It sounds right.
It sounds like truth.
But here’s the uncomfortable question…
What if your heart isn’t as trustworthy as you think?
Because feelings feel real.
They’re strong. They’re loud. They can even feel like certainty.
But they change… fast.
What you feel today can contradict what you felt yesterday.
And what feels right in the moment can quietly lead you in the wrong direction over time.
Feelings are real, but they are not reliable guides.
Truth must come from something higher than emotion. Otherwise, decisions become unstable and self-serving.
