I am forever grateful to God for having a great Mama Villy. You’re the best Mama that I could ever ask for. The woman who sacrificed so much for me and our whole family. And I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know. Mama, you are one of the best gifts I have ever received from my Lord, my God and my King Jesus Christ. You mean so much for me. Engr. Gerard Tecson of TESDA Cebu Province conducts a training induction program to the TUCP Scholars/Beneficiaries in Brgy. Bulacao, Talusay City. Among the Student-Scholars are Brgy. Captain Banjo A. Abastillas and four Councilors.
