You don’t need to be fit before starting.
You start first and fitness comes along the way.

We haven't reached our standard yet. But I have found that my standards have continually impacted my jiu jitsu and our community in a way that is non linear. And for that I am going to continually raise my standards once I feel they are slightly possible. The goal is 1% better everyday.

Super proud of how far these kids have come in their jiu-jitsu journey. Every class, every challenge, and every round on the mats has helped them grow—not just as athletes, but as individuals. The progress, confidence, and determination they've shown are amazing to see. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep improving. The best is yet to come. 🥋💪
