I am Donbel Belano—a retired professional basketball player. I have played in Metropolitan Basketball Association (MBA) for two years and in Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) for ten years. I have played alongside the big names in the league and hold the Quadruple Double title, a record I hold solely. I have trained with the best training camps and amazing players in the world, including the
Small Man-Big Man Camp in IMG Academy in Sarasota, Florida and Joe Abunazzar Camp in LA, California, as well as an NBA Training Camp with the Assistant Coaches of the San Antonio Spurs in San Antonio, Texas. I have been with Olympian, US Collegiate NCAA and NBA players in various training grounds. As a Coach, I have won my first CESAFI crown last 2013 season with the UV Green Lancers. As the Head Coach of UV Green Lancers, I represented the country in the UNIVERSAIDE University Olympics in Kazan, Russia in 2013. With this, allow me to make an impact in the lives of your children as a Coach and Mentor. It is my desire to bring out the potential of every kid whose passion is in basketball. My achievements as a professional basketball player and coach will speak for my credibility and integrity. Basketball has given me many opportunities and lessons that I would like to impart to the young generations. I am committed to help in the grass roots development of basketball, scouting young talents and training them to become their best in this field.
