Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.

These are the faces who made last weekend possible. They are the pillars of the competition. Each one kept their smiles in spite of the exhaustion and even without compensation, they served, all for the CrossFit community.

Going in each workout last Saturday feeling a bit anxious knowing I had to move weight way heavier than what I’m used to.. But then again thats the thing about Crossfit, pushing yourself beyond that limit. ✨
Its the best feeling ever!!! I’m so thrilled to have shared the Wod floor with such strong inspiring ladies!
Thankful for my coaches, plan D fam, crossfit cranium and the community for all the cheers and support. Congratulations to the organizers for a successful event! 👌🏻💪🏻

We had a lot of fun this weekend with the Kadayawan Bouts of the South Fitness Expo and the Finals. We were especially excited to help you lead healthier and happier lives through proper health monitoring with Tanita devices.

It was a rough start for me as I end up 4th place in first the workout yesterday. I can't blame anyone even the bad weather causing the field to be extra wet and slippery.

Went to the bathroom just to cry, breathe and ask myself : Cilyn, How bad do you want it? SO FU***NG BAD! 😤

With changed mindset and confident heart, I enter the WOD floor differently. Took 2nd place finish for workouts number 2,3 and 4!!
