The Reclub team with our handcrafted Mini Picklewood Paddles!

As pickleball players ourselves, Reclub has become part of our daily lives. It is where we join open plays, check schedules, and connect with the growing pickleball community.

So to see Tony, owner of Reclub, and Hai, Director for Pickleball, holding something handmade from our workshop in Compostela is truly such an honor.

We’re very grateful to OCPC and Miss Kat for choosing our mini paddles as gifts for them.

From our workshop to moments like this, thank you for letting Picklewood be part of the game in this small but meaningful way.

Still feeling grateful for this night!

Seeing our handmade wooden paddles used by Compostela players on a court built in Compostela was something really special for us.

The Mini Picklewood Tournament reminded us why we started this in the first place: to bring local craft into the game and let the community experience Picklewood on court.

Thank you to everyone who played, supported, and gave our paddles a chance.

Picklewood has found its home ✨

The Pickle Central was created by Ritchie, together with his brothers Michael and Rolly, as a place where the community can come together through pickleball.

But in many ways, it has also become a home for Picklewood.

A court in Compostela for paddles handmade by Compostelanhons.

It feels special seeing our paddles displayed here, tested here, and played with here by the same community that helped inspire this whole journey.

Mini Picklewood Paddles in the making!

Here are a few snaps of Roger crafting the mini paddles at our workshop in Compostela for the Mini Thirsty Pickle Collection.

Each piece starts with Mahogany wood, careful shaping, sanding, and a lot of hands on work before it becomes the mini paddle you get to take home.

A closer look at our Picklewood paddles.

Inspired by the early days of pickleball, when paddles were made of wood, and reimagined with our own Wagas touch.

We added our lasered honeycomb texture to give the wooden surface more grip, feel, and control on court.
