Hey Momma đź’›
Before the new week begins, pause for a moment.
Breathe.
You made it through another week of showing up, loving hard, and doing your best — even when it wasn’t easy.
Today isn’t about catching up.
It’s about slowing down.
Let the laundry wait. Let your mind rest.
Your peace matters just as much as your productivity. 🤍
Take this Sunday to refill your cup — you can’t pour from an empty one. 🌸
Moms Living Their Purpose
Helping stay-at-home moms, work-at-home moms, and full-time housewives find and live their purpose.
Hey Momma 🌿
Just a little reminder for you:
You don’t have to do it all today.
Take a breath.
Do what you can.
And let that be enough. 🤍
You’re showing up — and that’s what matters most. 💛

What’s one thing you want to feel proud of by the end of this month? 🌸
✨ Momma, your vision matters. ✨
Motherhood often pulls us in a thousand directions - meals, school runs, work, and endless to-do lists. But deep inside, there’s a vision you carry. A dream for your family. A dream for yourself.
Don’t let the noise blur that picture.
Hold it close. Nurture it. Protect it.
Because every small step you take, every late night, every moment you choose to keep going - those are bricks laid toward the life you’ve envisioned.
Your vision isn’t just a wish. It’s a promise to yourself, to your spouse, and to your children. 🌿💫
Keep going, Momma. You’re building something beautiful.
Keep believing, Mommas. Doors will open, new opportunities will unfold, and blessings will flow your way. ✨❤

We are not always at our best. We sometimes struggle with low self-esteem and think about our worst fears.
But it's when you feel less confident that you take a step forward and do the right thing.
Because this is when miracles happen. ✨

The life of a mother can sometimes be overwhelming. And in difficult times, it's hard to find meaning and joy.
Although feeling that way is completely normal, I realize that we need to fight through the feeling of helplessness and hopelessness if we want to move forward. One thing I do is to practice being grateful, always - and yes that includes days when I feel the future doesn't seem bright.
Psychologists say that Gratitude is the healthiest emotion you can have. And I definitely agree.
The more we practice being grateful for what we have - God, our family, our friends, our job, our businesses, and the fact that we are alive and breathing - we become healthier and more confident in fulfilling our dreams.
Let's train that gratitude "muscles", Mommas! đź’Ş

Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.""
As a graduation song in high school, we sang the song "Be Strong and Take Courage" and it has remained in me ever since. I sing this song whenever I need to encourage myself to go forward.
I know tough times will always be here, but I pray you will be tougher. I hope these lines from the song will guide and inspire you.

"Why don't you give him all of your fears
Why don't you let him wipe all of your tears
He knows, He's been through pain before
And He knows all that you've been looking for"

Storytime!
After careful thought, I decided to speak bravely about some of my past rejections and embarrassing moments. I hope this encourages mommas to never lose sight of their goals. The world can be cruel and will not see your greatness. But one person, one company, or one client can change EVERYTHING. How you see yourself, how you define your own success, and how you set things in motion in your favor.
I experienced a lot of bullying and stereotyping in school, at work, and in my personal life.
In high school - I wasn’t included in either of the basketball team for our PE class. I was the ONLY substitute. (Anyone who’s 4’11 here? 🙋‍♀️LOL)
In my work, managers thought I'm not aggressive or loud enough to carry out the job and told me upfront I will not succeed there.
I applied to a banking institution and the HR interviewer bluntly asked me how was I able to do my job when I'm so small (Note: I was not applying to be a model, an artista or for a job with a height requirement nor my past job/s required for me to be tall). I was stunned.
I was asked by an officemate who thought it was an amusing question why I’m so small, and everyone laughed. Again, I was stunned.
Today.. I still get the same questions (although fewer) and disbelief from people - how was I able to give birth to 2 big babies, how was I able to excel and carry out my work and small business, how was I able to drive a manual transmission car, etc.
The difference is I'm not the same person anymore who takes offense from everything. I grew.
I brush off criticisms that are obviously meant to belittle me. I take all those that would help me grow. And I believe I'm already validated. By my husband and kids. By my family. By God who has wonderfully created me.
I found my circle where I'm respected, accepted, and guided. I found the career path where I can express myself best and my contribution is never questioned but only valued. I found my core and the purpose I need to fulfill.
But, I was not passive and waited for these to come to me. I initiated, I worked hard, and I prayed harder.
You are not who others tell you you are.
You are the person you tell yourself you are and the person God created you to be.
