We are a group of multisport althletes from Pangasinan. We believe that sports should build people up, not wear them down.

That’s why we focus on teamwork, consistency, and hard work, while promoting an active, balanced lifestyle over competition.

❤️⚡💪🏽
We may wear different colors,
ride with different teams,
stand on different start lines—
but our roots remain the same.

Bound not by jerseys,
but by shared miles, quiet sacrifices,
and the unspoken strength of brotherhood.

Wherever we go,
whatever name we carry—
we move as one.

Because true togetherness
is never defined by a group,
but by the family,
and the friendships we keep.

Onaligwas labat mga ka-abaleyan!

Testing the waters 🌊

Solid open water training day for the team. What made it special wasn’t just the swim—it was the camaraderie, the trust, and the way everyone showed up for each other. This is what real team culture looks like.

1.9km swim 🏊🏽 90km bike 🚴🏽 21km run 🏃🏽

BYD Ironman Davao 70.3 2026 done and dusted.

⭐ Congratulations Andrew Walthern—6th at Ironman Davao 70.3 in a brutal, beasts stacked age group 40-44 male.

No shortcuts. Not the shortest route. No comfort zone. You went straight to where it hurts, where it truly counts—nothing curated. You don’t need a finish line spotlight to prove your strength. The data already tells the story.

This is real competition, the kind that tests who you are. And that kind of effort—that kind of courage—means more than any top finish ever could. 💪🏽⚡

To the Onligwas onsite Support Crew....big shout out and kudos! Aileen Walthern Pres Albert Ragasa ! 💪🏽⚡⭐ To Master Glenmore Lacap for the bike conditioning and packing. 💪🏽

From all of us at Team Onaligwas — congratulations to AAndrei Salvatin for making it to the semifinals while proudly representing Dagupan at the Baler Kookfest Longboard Invitational! 🌊🏄‍♂️

A true embodiment of what it means to be multi-talented — a triathlete, a surfer, a music DJ, and a barista — you continue to inspire us both in and out of competition.

This is what Onaligwas is all about: passion, versatility, and excellence across every craft. We are proud of you!

Padayon, Ar. The waves are yours. 🔥

⚡❤️⭐
Straight from the heart of Team Onaligwas...family.

Last weekend, some of you stood on podiums.
Some broke personal records.
And all of you — every single one — showed up and finished strong.🫡

But the real victory was never the podium.
It was never the PR.
The real win is found in the early mornings, the shared miles, the laughter during long rides, the quiet encouragement before the gun start, and the embraces at the finish line — no matter the result.❤️

We don’t train just to chase medals.
We train to build character.
To strengthen discipline.
To live healthier lives.
To inspire our families, our children, and our community to move, to try, and to believe.

Podiums are bonuses.
PRs are milestones.
But the deeper meaning is connection.❤️⭐

We are not individuals using a community to lift status.
We are a community lifting individuals together.❤️

There is no “I” in this team.
Yes, dedication is personal.
But courage is fueled by teammates.
Strength is supported by family.
And success is celebrated together — whether that success is first place or simply crossing the line.👊🏽💪🏽

Win or learn.
Fast or steady.
Podium or not.
What truly matters is that we show up for one another.❤️❤️

Onaligwas is not just a multisport group.
It’s family❤️. It’s leadership. It’s example. It’s legacy.
And that is the greatest victory of all. 🏁⭐⚡
