Honoring this life because whatever and no matter what happens, what a miracle it is to exist!
Through breath, through movement, through stillness, through quiet reflections, and bold expressions, I am alive, I am alive, I am alive.
And what a marvelous thing to be!
Peace of mind is a real luxury nowadays.
It takes a lot of inner work to cultivate inner peace.
You need to have radical self-acceptance and unconditional self-love to feel truly at peace and at ease.
It took me a few years of being away from everything familiar to work on reframing past conditioning and a few more years allowing my body to recognize and embody my new reality where peace and love are the center of it all.
But all that intensive work is an investment and thank god for the willingness I have and capacity to process all that! It’s all worth it! It led me here- to this life where I feel truly enough, where my sense of stability and security comes from within.
If you’re looking for a sign, this is it.
It’s time to invest in you.
You are so worth it. ✨
