Funny looking basketball trick shot🏀😄😆😉.
3-point shots - 17 IN A ROW!!! Well, I surely didn't expect to set my personal best in consecutive 3-pointers at 45 years of age. But this one was all about DETERMINATION! I started that afternoon practicing various🏀 trick shots. But then I decided to try to hit 10 3-pointers in a row. My wife was around doing her zumba session in the clubhouse so I asked her if she could continue her work out by passing me the ball instead, since I started to get tired. After around 10 minutes I hit 8 in a row (posted that video yesterday). But then there was a struggle. For another hour I had several streaks of 5 or 6 in a row but couldn't get close to 10. My wife and I were already exhausted, she even suggested that I settled for free throws. But although a bit frustrated, I was determined to keep shooting 3-pointers. Also my cell phone recording this practice session was already lowbat, below 10%! And then... it happened! I hit 9 in a row and finally got my chance to hit 10 in a row! I knew it was my last chance for the day. So the pressure was on! And I was so happy and relieved when I saw the 10th shot splash through the net. Although my goal was achieved, I continued shooting and got 7 more for the total of 17 in a row! (Thank God the cell phone didn't die before I finished my record streak). I remember hitting 10 in a row (or more) several times in my life before. But it was years ago when I was a teenager, in my 20's or 30's. But I don't think I've ever hit 17 in a row. Of course it's nothing comparing to professional basketball players like Steph Curry but I think it's definitely not bad for a 45 year-old violinist who only occasionally has time to practice basketball just for fun and for the love of this sport.
BIG THANKS to my wifey for staying and passing me the ball for about an hour. I couldn't have done this without her🥰😘. She is my blessing and my lucky charm.
Practicing 3-point shots - 8 in a row. But I'm just warming up. The goal is to make at least 10 in a row! No trick shots here, this time just "regular" 3-pointers.
