Great news, students! Your School IDs are now available for claiming.

Before claiming your ID, please remember:
✅ Claim your ID personally.
✅ Bring your Certificate of Registration (COR).
✅ Secure your Queue Number from the security personnel/staff.

Lost your ID? Please secure the following before requesting a replacement:
• Affidavit of Loss from the Public Attorney's Office (PAO)
• Official Receipt from the Municipal Treasury Office (MTO)

To keep the release process orderly and efficient, we can accommodate only the first 100 students with a Queue Number each day.

📢 STUDENT ID PROCESSING UPDATE
Please read the following updates regarding the processing and issuance of student ID cards.

🔍 Current Status: Printing Temporary Delay
What’s happening: ID data processing is actively ongoing. However, physical card printing is temporarily on hold, awaiting the delivery of the printer ribbons.

Campus Access: Do not worry if you do not have your physical ID. All campus security guards and personnel have been formally notified of this delay. You will not face issues entering the campus. Please always bring your Certificate of Registration (COR) when entering the campus.

Your tracking profile will show one of four status updates:

For Printing: Your data is verified and queued; your card will print as soon as supplies arrive.

Ready for Release: Your ID is printed and waiting for you.

Released: Your ID has already been picked up.

Missing Information: Your ID cannot be processed. (Action required: Please message us at the KCAST ICT page.

A formal announcement will be posted the moment the printer ribbons arrive, and the next batch of IDs is ready for distribution.

ANNOUNCEMENT | ID PROCESSING AND INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL REGISTRATION
To all First Year and Transferee students for the Academic Year 2026-2027, please be advised to fill out the form with your information to process your student identification card.

Note: The link will prompt you to sign in to your Google Account to navigate the portal. Please be careful as you encode your data, as the form only allows you to respond once.
Please also attach a clear copy of your COR, since this will serve as our basis for determining whether you are truly enrolled in this institution. Upload also your clear signature written on a clean sheet of bond paper as well as your formal photo with a white background to ensure quality and promising results. We will not process your ID card once the picture uploaded is not clear or pixelated.

📢 SRMS UPDATE

Good day, students!

We would like to inform everyone that the SRMS is still currently under maintenance. At the moment, we are unable to provide an exact date on when the system will be fully restored and operational.

Please know that the ICT Team is working tirelessly and giving their full effort to resolve the issue and bring the system back online as soon as possible. We are carefully making sure that everything is stable and functioning properly before reopening the system.

We sincerely ask for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time. Rest assured that updates will be posted once available.

ANNOUNCEMENT|

Please be informed that the SRMS server has been experiencing technical issues following an electrical problem on campus last April 28, 2026. The repeated on-and-off fluctuations in the power supply caused damage to the server hardware, resulting in the system halting and being unable to boot normally.

Our ICT Services Unit has been continuously working for the past three days to diagnose and resolve the issue. Restoration efforts are ongoing, and we are doing our best to bring the system back online as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Further updates will be provided once the system is fully restored.
