💸 COURT RATES

• ₱265 / hour
🥒Equipment Rentals:
• Paddle — ₱50/hour
• Ball — ₱100/ball

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY

⛈️ BEFORE THE GAME
• Matches may be delayed or rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe.
• Players will be notified by management whenever possible.
⛈️ DURING THE GAME
• Play stops immediately during:
⚡ Heavy rain
⚡ Lightning
⚡ Unsafe court conditions
• Games may resume once management confirms courts are safe.

💳 REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🚫 STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS
✅ Rescheduling or credit refunds may only be granted for:
• Severe weather
• Facility issues
• Approved circumstances by management
⚠️ NO-SHOWS may forfeit booking fees.
🌧️ Rain interruptions:
Management will determine whether partial web credit refunds or reschedules will be provided based on court usage time.
🏓 Equipment rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE once used.
⚠️ Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may incur additional charges.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
⏰ Respect your reserved court time.
⌛ Late arrivals remain part of your booked schedule.
🚷 Do not walk through active courts during matches.
🔊 Keep noise, music, and distractions at a respectful level.

🧹 FACILITY CARE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🗑️ Dispose of trash properly.
⚠️ Report damaged nets, lights, fences, or court surfaces immediately.
🌧️ Courts may close during unsafe weather conditions.

🛡️ SAFETY RULES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💪 Warm up properly before play.
🚨 Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately.
⚠️ Management is not liable for accidents inside the court, though situations may be reviewed case-by-case.
🥤 ONLY water or sports drinks in non-breakable containers are allowed near playing areas.
🚫 No food or glass containers on court.
👨👩👧 Children must always be supervised.

🎾 EQUIPMENT GUIDELINES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Return rented equipment in good condition.
⚠️ Players may be charged for:
• Lost equipment
• Damaged equipment
• Improper use
🚫 Do not use cracked paddles or damaged balls.
🎒 Store personal belongings properly.
⚠️ Management is not liable for lost or stolen items.

🤝 SPORTSMANSHIP & FAIR PLAY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
💚 Respect players, opponents, and spectators.
🚫 Profanity, abusive language, and aggressive behavior are NOT tolerated.
✔️ Make honest line calls.
✔️ If unsure, give the benefit of the doubt to your opponent.
🏓 End every match with a friendly paddle tap & handshake.

👟 FOOTWEAR & ATTIRE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ ONLY non-marking, flat-soled athletic shoes allowed.
🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
• Sandals
• Boots
• Bare feet
• Aggressive tread running shoes
👕 Proper athletic attire must be worn at all times.

🚭 ALCOHOL & SMOKING POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🍺 Alcohol is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in and around the courts.
🚭 Smoking and va**ng are NOT allowed inside the facility.
Please use designated smoking areas only.
