PAYMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS:
-50% downpayment to reserve your preffered date
-balance to be paid upon check-in at the resort
-first come first serve basis
-no downpayment no reservation policy
-downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be rebooked subject to availability of the resort.
PLEASE bring your own towels, kitchen utensils, dining wares, toiletries and charcoal.
IMPORTANT:
add 200 per head for guest exceeding 25 pax.
Children aged 5 and below stays FREE
Children aged 6 and above are regular guest
Exceeding Hours Rates: 500 per additional hour
Please inform management in advance if you wish to extend your stay. Extensions are subject to schedule availability.
