You say, I'm too old to compete? Don't be little yourself. I was obese, drinking/smoking, low esteem, no experience but I ask help and coach me for 15 weeks from 75 kgs - 58 kgs and didn't stop until I get what I want. Bucket list achieved ✅😎🏆💪🇵🇭💯❤️🙏
