Christmas truly hits different with the Falcons! 🎄🏸

A night filled with good food, endless laughter, and memories we will always cherish. As we came together to celebrate our hard-earned victories during the University Hinampang 2025, we also took this special moment to honor and give a heartfelt send-off to our teammates 𝐃𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥 and 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐳𝐚𝐝𝐚, who are playing their final year with the team.

Dexie, your journey has been nothing short of inspiring. You qualified for the Regional SCUAA—an achievement that speaks volumes about your dedication and excellence. Even if you can’t compete next year, nothing will ever change the legacy you’ve already built. You leave as a two-time University Hinampang champion, undefeated, and forever one of the strongest players to wear the Falcons jersey.

But more than the medals and the wins, it’s you we’ll miss the most—the lighthearted teammate who could make anyone laugh, the player who blended effortlessly with everyone, and the kind leader who guided her juniors with patience, gentleness, and genuine care. From 2022 to 2025, Daven Jerthrude Lozada stood at the heart of the Falcons Men’s Badminton Team—not just as a captain, but as a brother, a leader, and a quiet force of kindness.

Three straight Hinampang golds, a silver, and two years representing WVSU on the Regional SCUAA stage—his journey is etched in the team’s history. But beyond the medals and milestones, Daven will always be remembered for the way he carried himself: his calm and gentle demeanor on court, the laughter he brought everywhere he went, the loyalty he showed to every teammate, and the passion he poured into the game he loved.

As he takes his final bow, the departure of the Batch 2022 3-peat champions becomes even more bittersweet. Daven’s swansong marks the end of an era—one built on grit, heart, and unity.
