REQUIREMENTS for LDP:

Three (3) eggs
Canned goods
Three (3) cups of rice
Beddings (TENT IF AVAILABLE)
Personal Utensils
Clothes good for two (2) days
Triangular Bandage or Wide handkerchief
NOTE: Must wear proper attire during sessions/activities (round neck/ polo shirt, maong/jogging pants, closed shoes: rubber or tennis shoes.
SRICTLY NO: Slippers, short, sando/sleeveless during sessions/activity.
