When we are at work and our boss ask us to do something and we accomplish it.
Does the management commend us for our good work?

Yet when our dog did something good, we are not recognizing it.

If you saw our videos, you will consistently hear the verbal cues. "GOOD"
This is my way of saying to my dog that what he did is the right thing.

This is a basic dog psychology that most of the handlers neglected to do.

Today is a very SAD day!!! I buried my Pomeranian this noon. I had to back out from an adoption because Solli was not really wanted by people in the house. I traveled hundred plus kilometers to bring Solli to his adopter's home. Cavinti, Laguna to Merville, Paranaque. We are all worried about the price of petrol. It is a free adoption, I just requested them to give a 5 in 1 vaccine booster and anti tick and flea update. I was so ashamed to ask for even a share in my transpo expenses. As the adopter was rushing and making kulit, I had to make the trip, squeezed in another rescue for spaying. I got lost looking for the house. It was a big modern house. A quite very unwelcoming househelp talked to me and said she know nothing of a dog to be adopted. After 30 minutes of trying to call the adopter who suddenly will not reply to my calls or message, she sent a text asking if I am at the house (I asked the helper to call her). In front of me, the helper said, "who will take care of Solli? Di ko aalagaan yan. Ikaw bahala dyan." Then Steph, the adopter, said, Ilan taon na sya? Bakit malaki na? ( I sent photos and details before this adoption was confirmed). Sensing the agitation, and seeing Solli not even glancing at the adopter from inside the pickup, I decided to call it off. I hugged and kissed Solli, saying sorry and that we are going home. Rejection is not easy to deal with after a loss of a beloved pom.
