Rainy afternoons can’t stop the grind. ⛈️🏐

The squad was locked in today at One Diversity Club! Head Coach Dhon and Program Coach Lorenz had our defensive trainees putting in work, breaking down defensive patterns and mastering the perfect receive. Those heavy spikes? Out-defended every single time. It’s clear these "New Bloods" are more than ready for the next level.

Huge shoutout to Coach Aiden and our new "Batang Trainor" crew Eli, Sean, Louie for stepping up, jumping in, and starting their journey into leadership.

Every match was filled with intense rallies, strong teamwork, and unforgettable moments that showed the true spirit of volleyball. From first serve to final point, each team gave their all and made the event exciting for everyone.

The 5th Intercolor League of ODC kicks off in just a few hours, but our trainees are already winning the day.

While most would be resting and saving their energy for the big games ahead, the One Diversity Club Trainees chose a different path: the path of the grind.

Earlier today, these athletes took to the court with Coach Dhon for an intense, uncompromising training session. They locked in on perfecting the fundamentals fine-tuning their underhand and overhand services and dissecting attack zoning down to a science.

But what truly sets this batch apart is their relentless work ethic. They voluntarily dove into the deep end, tackling explosive endurance and agility drills that tested their resolve.

We at ODC are absolutely mesmerized by the sheer dedication of this group. Their willingness to stretch their muscles, challenge their boundaries, and go the ultimate extra mile right before a major league is the definition of true sportsmanship. They aren't just here to play; they are here to evolve.

The sweat has been poured. The foundation has been laid. The league is waiting. Let's show them what ODC is made of! 💪✨
