LISTING & On-GAME POLICY:
- List only if you are 100% SURE on playing, unless THERE IS any emergency that you need to remove your name on the list (Please advise the admin)
- After listing your name, make sure that you also enlist your name in “NextSet”
- NO “NextSet” listing, NO Queueing
- every set of PLAYERS has there own skills, GAME time and Queueing time might be affected.

PAYMENT:
- Game fee INCLUDES Court and shuttlecock fee
- Game fee must be SETTLE FIRST to confirm your slot
- Upload the screenshot of your successful transfer to the PAYMENT TAB

PENALTY:
- Confirm attendance with NO SHOW must pay the game fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- cancellation of confirmed attendance will be freeze 2 hours BEFORE the game.

RACKET SHARING:
- as much as possible please avoid borrowing rackets of other members (this is to prevent worst case scenario)
- If you don't have racket to use, you can rent a racket in the IDS just ask the counter incharge
