Local homegrown footballer JOSES AMADO AZUR of San Juan,Iriga City was chosen to be one of the members of the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons Football Team for the coming UAAP Wars this season.

Azur,a mainstay of Arriba-Iriga Football Team was one of the selected few to don the maroon jersey for the coming UAAP season. This is another testament of his grit and resilience as far as football is concerned.
