BASKETBALL lmen and women please proceed to CITY HALL (CDRRMO MULTIPURPOSE HALL)

Volleyball, Badminton and Takraw players please gather and proceed to the team quarters (TR 38)

All green team players, please stay inside the campus and wait for the announcement of your games.

REMINDERS:

•Players are expected to be inside the school campus 30 minutes before the start of the games
•Upon hearing the call of the officials, the players should proceed immediately to the venue of their games
•Players must wear their Team Jersey while playing
•Make sure to bring and present your SCHOOL ID. No Jersey, No ID, No play
•Players and anon-players, please bring with you your own plates and utensils during snack and lunch time
•Non-players are expected to be inside the campus to watch and Cheer the games of the team athletes.
•When leaving the quarters (TR 38) make sure that it is clean, all chairs are arranged properly and turn off the lights and ceiling fans.

Please be informed that issuance of medical certificate will resume this afternoon at 1:00 pm.

Proceed infront of the student Pavillion near the school registrar. Once you already got your medical certificate, please give it to Ma'am Villa or Sir Aedam Ampongan together with your 50 pesos payment.

Also, release of shirts this morning will be up until 12 noon and will resume by 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm only.

Please proceed to the secretary of our school physician, located in front of the Student Pavilion near the school registrar's office. This is for TODAY ONLY, throughout the whole day.

Please prepare 50 pesos as payment for your medical check-up that will be given to SIR AEDAM AMPONGAN together with your MEDICAL CERTIFICATE upon issuance at the faculty room. The payment will be turned over to the physician once all payments are complete.

Medical certification is important to make sure that you are capable and fit when playing this coming days.
