Rosabel Quisay, a 4th-year student, National PRISAA Gold Medalist, and proud UNEPIAN, successfully secured a Silver Medal 🥈 in the Women’s 200-Meter Dash at the ICTSI Philippine Athletics Championships 2026, held at the New Clark City Stadium in Capas, Tarlac.

Competing against a highly competitive field of 1,015 registered athletes from around the world, Rosabel once again showcased her speed, determination, and excellence on the national stage.
