Polon was at her element in the last set as last year's Private Schools Athletic Association best outside hitter had booming attacks to secure the set and the crown for what could be the volleyball capital of Benguet.
But it was not a sole effort for Polon in the team as she was backstopped by some of the best players of the league.
Shery Estal had 21 points built on nine attacks, seven aces and four blocks as she led the team in the first two sets including four straight aces at the onset of the first and three in the second.
Hanna Mae Dumpit added 11 markers nine attacks and two aces.
But it was Abigail Cunanan who made it possible as she had a monstrous 41 sets on top of an attack and a block.
Polon was the best outside hitter as well as the most valuable player both in the season and the finals.
Estal took best middle blocker as she had 16 receptions as well while Cunanan was the best setter.
Dumpit complete Sablan's fabulous four as she took second best opposite hitter.
Mary Ann Atuban had 20 points built on 18 attack points and two aces even as she had 12 receptions for the bridesmaid as they showed grot in their final game.
In the first, she helped the team save four set points to move to 23-24. In the second, she helped give the team a fightback and moved to within three, 20-23.
In the third, Tuba fell behind by seven and moved to within two, 22-24 after a service error by Dumpit. But Polon's kill on an excellent set by Cunanan ended the game and the tournament.
Other awardees include Mya Dione Pawid as best opposite hitter and Kapangan's Phoebe Aludos as best libero.
The second team include Radinka Dumawor as outside hitter, Eriech Dangbis as middle blocker, Edralyn Mangantulao of Kapangan as setter, Caziel Catanglan of Trinidad as libero and Dumpit as opposite.
