HOW MANY PISTOL SQUATS CAN YOU DO UNDER 1 MINUTE?
Caliverse Cebu Calisthenics is hosting another virtual challenge for this month! After a successful SIT-UP CHALLENGE, it's gonna be PISTOL SQUATS THIS TIME, HOWEVER IT'S GONNA BE UNDER ONLY 1 MINUTE!
We are inviting anyone (of gender and age) to join us in this healthy competition to promote fitness and benefits of exercising daily.
Again, there will be two(2) categories in this challenge and each category will have a winner of 2,000PHP. First category is open for all who are interested to join. Category two are only for CALIVERSE exclusive members.
To qualify the VIRTUAL PISTOL SQUAT CHALLENGE 2022 you only need to do the following:
- Follow the Caliverse Cebu Calisthenics page. (if you haven't already)
-Like/React and Share this post.
-Mention 3 of your friends that you want to challenge (or can be anyone) in the comments section below.
Note: Failure to comply 3 easy steps above will void your entry.
PISTOL SQUAT UNDER 1 MINUTE challenge instruction:
-Record a video of yourself with a clear full body angle doing a PROPER FORM PISTOL SQUAT (must be consecutive or nonstop). Yes you are allowed to rest but only upto 3 seconds and should still be in a PISTOL SQUAT position. Pauses more than 3 seconds after each rep will not be counted. Bad reps will not be counted. The time limit should only be 1 minute. Countdown starts when you begin the first rep and video editing is prohibited. Note that we will be very wary on your form and only one video attempt entry per person.
- Send your video entry as a message on this page with your Full Name/Location/Number of Pistol Squats - format. Entry submission is only until APRIL 29,2022 Friday 12:00PM.
- PLEASE REFER TO THE PROPER FORM STANDARD UPLOADED NEXT TO THIS POST.
CHALLENGER WITH THE MAXIMUM REPETITIONS OF PISTOL SQUATS UNDER 1 MINUTE WINS THE PRIZE and will be posted in the page.

- Send your video entry as a message on this page with your Full Name/Location/Number of sit-up - format. Entry submission is only until March 18,2022 Friday 12:00PM.
