Questions here for you. Hope you can clarify. My daughter recieved a link from YOUR gcash phone number, letting her know that she'd be recieving Flood assistance support. the message came with a link. She clicked said link, and in less than 5 minutes, all the hard earned money in her gcash account was wiped out. She'd gotted messages saying some tiktok shop purchases were made.

We reached out to customer support who insist that the charges were VALID. so, here are my quyestions:

1. were you hacked?
if yes, what does that say about your cyber security? And if you can get hacked like that, why should w trust you with our information?

if no, then was it human error on your part? Or was someone on the inside just "skimming off the top" as we say? Neither option sounds great does it?

2. I understand that you dont click links that are sent to you. Thats common sense. But if we cant even trust your own gcash "system message" line, (where the fraudulent link came from), then who can we trust?

3. As you've determined that this instance is not fraudulent, but valid, how do you prevent it from happening again?
