Building muscle is not about lifting heavy once in a while. It’s about doing the basics right every single day.
1. Progressive Overload
If you lift the same weight every week, your body has no reason to grow.
You must slowly increase:
• Weight
• Reps
• Sets
• Intensity
Challenge = Growth 💪

2. Proper Nutrition
Muscles are also built in the kitchen, not only in the gym.
You need:
• Enough protein
• Enough calories
• Enough water
No fuel = No results.

3. Recovery & Sleep
Your muscles grow when you REST, not when you train.
Without sleep and recovery:
❌ Weak performance
❌ Slow progress
❌ Higher injury risk
Sleep 7–9 hours. Respect rest days.
