Last year, I took a long break on my trainer page to focus more on other things in my life. It did serve me well. However, being on the receiving end made me realize more how much misinformation about fitness and health circulates around social media and that irks me a lot cause I know personally that I can make a difference.
That being said, while I want to help those who are misinformed or those who are seeking help in general, I dont have that kind of influence cause my following is too small.So this year, the focus of my contents will be centered around helping my people, my pinoy peeps.
My main goal is to provide FREE fitness information, tips, facts etc. Im not here to sell you any programs, any training session or and products whatsoever. Madaming mga tao na gustong tumulong sa iba’t ibang paraan, pinansyal, emosyonal or sa kahit ano mang pamamaraan.
For me, this is my contribution the fitness community kahit lalo sa mga gusto pa lang mag umpisa.Nakakaintimidate magumpisa, nakakalito, o paminsan nakakatakot.
