THE DAY I REALIZED I NEEDED A DIFFERENT LIFE.

And maybe this carousel hit a little too close to home.

There was a time I questioned the waiting.

Now I realize every delay was teaching me something I couldn’t have learned any other way.

Preparation always comes before promotion.

I used to live a simple life in the province—surrounded by the sea, mountains, trees, and farms. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade that childhood for anything.

Those quiet mornings and simple days shaped who I am today.

Now, life has given me the opportunity to experience a different world—to stay in beautiful places, explore new cities, and see things I once only imagined.

And somehow, that makes me appreciate where I came from even more.

You don’t have to forget your roots to grow.
Sometimes, the best part of moving forward is realizing you can carry your humble beginnings with you wherever life takes you.

The happiest people aren’t the ones who have everything.
They’re the ones living in alignment with what they believe.

I’ve met people who have more money than they’ll ever need, yet they’re still searching for something.

And I’ve met people who don’t have everything yet… but sleep peacefully because they know they’re living for something bigger than themselves.

Lately, I’ve realized that happiness isn’t found in achievements alone.

It’s found in knowing that the life you’re building reflects the values you refuse to compromise.

That night reminded me of that.

We gathered not because we had already made it, but because we all chose to believe in the same vision.

A business that isn’t built only to make money, but to create opportunities.
A culture where people don’t just earn—they grow.
A community where transformation matters more than transactions.

For me, that’s success.

Knowing that every decision we make today is aligned with the reason we started in the first place.

Because at the end of the day, I’d rather build something meaningful with the right people than have everything without a purpose.

And I think that’s what real happiness looks like.

Success isn’t found by chasing money.
It’s found where your values, purpose, and passion meet.

Dati, akala ko rin success was about earning more.

Pero habang tumatagal, mas na-realize ko na hindi pala pera ang tunay na hinahabol ko.

Bilang dating teacher, ang purpose ko noon ay magturo. Ngayon, bilang entrepreneurial mentor, pareho pa rin ang mission—iba lang ang classroom. Mas marami lang akong natutulungang tao na magkaroon ng pagkakataong baguhin ang buhay nila.

Napansin ko rin na sa tuwing pera lang ang dahilan ng isang tao, mabilis siyang mapagod. Pero kapag malinaw ang values mo, alam mo ang purpose mo, at mahal mo ang ginagawa mo, kahit mahirap ang journey, tuloy ka pa rin.

Ironically, doon pa nga madalas sumusunod ang financial success.

Kaya para sa akin, success isn’t about having the biggest income.

It’s about waking up every day knowing that what you do creates value, changes lives, and gives your own life meaning.

Because money is a reward.

But purpose is the reason.
