It is with pure joy that I join Goodphyte as a guest on their first podcast.

From being reclaimed out of my own dark pit—a devastating diagnosis of multiple sclerosis—I was led to incredible people who became part of my healing journey. Through Mathew Embry and his MS Hope program I discovered the power of diet and fitness. This path then led me to GoodPhyte and AmyPuzey .

Looking back, I can see how all the pieces were divinely connected. I am deeply grateful to God for placing them in my life—my healing village—and for allowing me to be part of this journey of being reclaimed.
