5km - 4:30 am or earlier once cleared
3km - 4:45 am or earlier once cleared

Pets are not “just an animal”. They give us emotional support. They contribute to positive mental health by reducing our stress, worries and depression. They often notice when we're sad or upset.
Some People Living with HIV (PLHIV) lack emotional support system. Having a fur baby can help.
Run with your fur babies. This way, we can show support to PLHIV that they should not be alone, there is a way not to be alone. Help is there.
