Thirteen athletes from Sky Basketball Club, led by Coach Chris Wayne Comendador, successfully underwent a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning Assessment under the supervision of Coach Ethyl Awi.

The assessment evaluated each athlete’s strength, power, agility, endurance, and overall physical readiness as part of the club’s commitment to long-term athletic development. The session aimed to identify performance benchmarks and areas for improvement to better prepare the athletes for upcoming competitions.

This initiative reflects Sky Basketball Club’s continued dedication to building stronger, faster, and more disciplined players both on and off the court.
