A Story Of When The “JOBS’” Not Done! From Rejection Of Your Own To Success!

What if dropping out isn’t the end… but the beginning?

At 19, Steve Jobs left college with no diploma, no clear path—just curiosity. He even traveled to India searching for meaning, where he discovered something powerful: intuition.

But his story didn’t get easier. At 30, he was fired from the very company he built. Imagine that—your own creation rejecting you. Most people would quit. He didn’t.

Years later, that same company was struggling… and came back to him.

Jobs returned—and turned it into one of the most innovative companies in the world.

So maybe failure isn’t failure. Maybe it’s just the setup for something bigger.

A Story Of Never Giving Up On Your Life & Dreams In The Midst Of Rejections

Picture this: a 65-year-old man, broke, rejected over a thousand times… and still refusing to quit.

That man was Harland David Sanders.

Long before the world knew him as “Colonel Sanders,” he was running a small roadside restaurant in Kentucky during the Great Depression. He wasn’t a chef by training—but he was obsessed with doing one thing perfectly: fried chicken.

He spent years experimenting, until he cracked the code—a secret blend of 11 herbs and spices, cooked faster and juicier using a pressure fryer. People loved it.

But then, disaster hit. A new highway rerouted traffic away from his restaurant. Business collapsed. Most people would’ve called it the end.

Sanders didn’t.

With just a small pension check, he hit the road, carrying his recipe from restaurant to restaurant, pitching it face-to-face. Rejection after rejection… over 1,000 “no’s.”

Until finally—one “yes.”

That one deal sparked a franchise model that spread across America… then the world.

And that’s how a retired man with a fried chicken recipe built KFC—proving it’s never too late to start something legendary.

Lord, I long to rise again—
to gather the scattered pieces of myself
and breathe life back into weary bones.

There are hours when I feel left behind,
as though strength has slipped quietly from my hands
and the path ahead has dimmed into silence.
Even beginning again feels heavy.

Yet still, I hold this truth—
You are not finished with me.
What has been lost is not beyond Your reach;
what feels broken is not beyond Your restoring.

Teach me to move gently, step by step,
to rebuild not in haste, but in faith.
Let trust take root where doubt once lived,
and courage rise where fear has lingered.

Walk with me forward, Lord—
until I remember how to stand,
how to hope,
how to rise.

A Story Of A Thousand Failures But Was Able To Light Up The World!

Imagine a world where, the moment the sun sets… everything goes dark.

In the late 1800s, that was reality—until Thomas Edison decided to change it. But here’s the twist: Edison didn’t actually invent the first light bulb. What he did was far more impressive—he made it work.

Early bulbs flickered and died within minutes. Not exactly useful. So Edison and his team got obsessed. They tested everything—cotton, horsehair, even bits of plants—searching for the perfect filament that wouldn’t burn out.

Thousands of failed attempts later, they found it: carbonized bamboo. It glowed longer… and longer… until finally—success.

In 1879, Edison’s bulb stayed lit for hours, then days. For the first time, electric light was practical.

And he didn’t stop there—he built the entire system to power it, bringing light into homes and streets.

With one breakthrough, Edison didn’t just light a bulb… he lit up the world.

Lord, whisper softly what comes next—
for I stand at the edge of knowing and not knowing,
where paths blur and certainty fades.

In these quiet moments of doubt,
when my heart hesitates and my mind wanders,
remind me that I do not walk alone.
What I cannot see, You already hold.

Guide me gently, step by step,
through roads not yet revealed,
through turns I do not yet understand.

And even in the waiting,
in the unlit spaces between decisions,
let trust take root within me—
steady and unshaken—
knowing You are leading me
exactly where I am meant to be.
