Client Spotlight 🚨
Progress like this doesn’t happen overnight. Really proud of my client’s journey — from struggling to stay around 50kg before, to now reaching 62kg with minimal body fat gain.
Big credit goes to him for consistently showing up and trusting the process. My role is simply to guide, support, and help build a program and diet that’s realistic and sustainable long term.
