Shaina Nitura and rookie Richard Besorio led their teams to victory against UP today. It’s the men’s team’s first win of the second round, while the women’s team secured a much-needed victory to strengthen their bid for a Final Four spot.

The Adamson Lady Falcons overcame their 23 errors and delivered a clutch comeback to complete a stunning sweep of the UST Golden Tigresses this evening at the FilOil Center in San Juan.

Player of the Game Fhei Sagaysay orchestrated the offense with 21 excellent sets and added 7 points. The Lady Falcons will need to clean up their remaining games and minimize errors to further solidify their Final Four bid in the UAAP Season 88 Women’s Volleyball Tournament.

LOOK! 👀 Adamson supporters are here, ready to support the Lady Falcons as they battle against the Golden Tigresses in the Shakey’s Super League Pre-season Unity Cup Semifinals at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium this afternoon!🩵

ADAMSON COMMUNITY:

Shaina Nitura will not be seeing action in the succeeding games of the 2025 Shakey’s Super League Preseason Unity Cup as she takes another short break to focus on her full recovery.

The team assures our community that Shaina is still in good shape and will return to the court stronger and more ready to compete.

In the meantime, we call on the Adamson community to continue showing their support as the Lady Falcons face the NU Lady Bulldogs tomorrow at the Rizal Coliseum.
