Join us in celebrating with the Global Mission Fellows 2024–2026 cohort as they complete their two years of service and travel back to their home communities.
Over the past two years, these fellows have built relationships with local communities, connected churches in shared mission, and grown together in faith and leadership. We invite you to celebrate this journey with us.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM OUR PARTNERS AT THE UMC YOUNG PEOPLE’S CONNECTIONAL NETWORK:
The Young People’s Connectional Network (YPCN) joyfully shares with you an opportunity for emerging leaders within our United Methodist connection to grow in faith, leadership, and digital discipleship through the Kern Fund Project: Connected in Spirit – A Regional Digital Discipleship and Mentorship Cohort for Emerging Leaders.
This initiative is a 12-month cohort program designed to nurture young leaders through theological reflection, community building, and skills development. It will be guided by trained cohort leaders and grounded in Wesleyan values of faith, service, and connection.
We are seeking your support in endorsing and promoting this program to qualified and passionate leaders within your congregation or district who may serve as Cohort Leaders. Your endorsement will play a vital role in ensuring that capable and committed mentors help guide this global initiative that seeks to make disciples in a digitally connected world.
The application period for interested Cohort Leaders opens on May 5, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026. Below are the application links for those who may be interested, available in five languages to ensure wider accessibility:
