If you ask me where this woman lives, my answer is simple: Streets.

Yes, she is homeless. But despite everything she goes through every day, Mother’s Day is still special to her.

So we took her away from the streets for one day to let her feel loved, valued, and celebrated in a way she will hopefully never forget.

I don’t know much about her past, Hoestly, I am more focused on her present and her future. People can change. Lives can change. Grace is no different from any of us. She is a human hoping for another chance in life.

Today, all we wanted was to give her a moment of peace, kindness, and dignity.

I may not have the resources to completely take her off the streets right now, but I still have faith that one day her life will change. Maybe someone watching this video will see her story, open their heart, and offer the help she truly needs.

Until then, we remind her that she is seen, she is valued, and she is not forgotten.

Happy Mother’s Day!

𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐨!

I was able to find the daughter of the woman who approached me in tears, begging me to help her see her child again. All she asked for was one moment to hold her daughter after being apart for a year.

Thankfully, I was able to meet her daughter and this little girl in the video is her.

Seeing the pain in a mother’s eyes and knowing that this little girl misses her mother too is truly heartbreaking.

This Mother’s Day, I am hoping to make wishes come true. I am hoping to give them a chance to hug each other again, to talk, cry, smile and make memories after a year apart.

𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫

Eleanor Remolino is a mother but for the past year, she has been forced to live without her only child.

Her daughter was taken away from her after she lost her job as a dishwasher. Since then, she has not seen her even once.

When she spoke to me, she did not ask for money… she did not ask for food…

She only asked for one thing:
“𝐒𝐢𝐫, 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫… 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞.”

She told me, “If you cannot help me, I will understand… I just miss my daughter so much.”

And as she said those words, tears filled her eyes.
That kind of pain… you cannot ignore.

I have received many requests for help over the years, but this one is different. This one is heavy. Because I honestly don’t know where to start or who to reach out to.

But maybe… someone out there does.

We just entered the month where we celebrate mothers and here is a mother whose only wish is to see her child again.
