Success isn't given; it's earned on the mat. Every repetition, every throw, and every drop of sweat is building a stronger, more resilient version of tomorrow.

Consistency is the key. Keep showing up, keep pushing limits, and never stop growing. Let's get after it! πŸ“ˆβœ¨

We are truly amazed and deeply touched by the incredible effort and dedication shown by one of the parents of our members from the Manila Central Judo Club. Your time, patience, and passion in capturing these moments mean more than words can express. Every picture tells a story of hard work, friendship, courage, growth, and happiness shared inside and outside the mat.

These are not just simple photographs; they are priceless memories that preserve the journey of our young athletes, the bond of our club, and the spirit of every training session, competition, victory, and challenge overcome together. Through your effort, moments that pass so quickly are turned into lasting treasures that we can look back on with pride and gratitude for many years to come.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your genuine support and generosity. Your contribution brings joy not only to the players and parents, but to the entire Manila Central Judo Club family. We deeply appreciate the love and effort behind every captured smile, every action shot, and every memory preserved. Truly, every picture paves a beautiful history of happiness that our club will always cherish.

To all the parents thank you for your unconditional support.

Repetition is widely considered the foundation of mastery in judo.

Again, again, and again every movement reminds us to refine and perfect each technique we practice.

Our 7years old baby Reese Ava Maderazo plays her role beautifully, inspiring her fellow judokas to keep going, stay disciplined, and continue sharpening the techniques they love most.

Studying kumi kata technique for today

Kumi kata (硄み方) in judo means "grip fighting" or "the method of gripping" the opponent's gi (uniform). It is the foundational aspect of standing, or tachi-waza, that allows you to control, unbalance (kuzushi), and execute throws, acting as a crucial bridge between techniques.

Training under Sensei Oota really does sound like a rare opportunity. Nobu Ootadirectly from a full-blooded Japanese judoka often means you’re getting not just techniques, but also the deeper culture of judo discipline, timing, etiquette, kuzushi, and the small details that usually take years to understand.

Having a sensei who shares knowledge freely is something many martial artists value deeply. Those kinds of teachers can shape both skill and character, especially in arts like Judo where mindset matters as much as technique.

It sounds like you genuinely appreciate the experience, and that attitude alone usually helps students grow faster.

Lets us learn and play JUDO at Manila Central Judo Club

We are truly blessed and honored to have athletes who embody discipline, motivation, and the true spirit of judo. They fought with remarkable strength and faced countless fears with courage and determination.
The results of UAAP Season 88 clearly showed they were well-prepared as they moved on to their respective universities. It is inspiring to see that they continue to carry the core values and lessons that we instilled in their minds and hearts.
We are deeply grateful to all the university coaches for their continuous guidance, support, and encouragement, and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much.
To the next generation of judoka of Manila Central Judo Club, continue to train with dedication and passion. Let your seniors be your inspiration, and strive to carry on the legacy they have built.
