July 21-24... after a month off to take care for my mom in her final weeks, mourn her loss, take care of my family, and rest and recover, it feels great to finally be back to teaching. 🤍🫶🏽🙏🏽 Much love to the whole Vida family... Guiding you through your practice helps my heart heal. 🥰
