Initiative

The Swim League Philippines Drown Free Philippines Initiative is a nationwide advocacy focused on teaching swimming as a basic survival skill, promoting water safety awareness, and empowering communities through aquatic education.

As an archipelagic nation surrounded and united by water, the Philippines faces increasing risks from drowning, flooding, and water related disasters, making swimming education an essential life skill for every Filipino.

Since 2018, Swim League Philippines has organized numerous swim competitions, coaching seminars, and “Drown Free Philippines” programs across the country.

The advocacy aligns with broader efforts in the Philippines to strengthen water safety education and reduce drowning incidents among children and communities.

The Swim League Philippines Drown Free Philippines Initiative is more than a program, it is our service to God and country.
